Joe, I saw your tweet, what happened? WOTLK turned everyone into dicks

Meh I'm trying out that Deadpool guild because I wanted to get some experience in Ulduar, gear up a bit, off-tank for Chris etc. I've been in two raids, first raid on Monday they were acting like dicks the entire time and pretty much gave me crap for my gear and every little time I was a bit late on a taunt. All of this was not in whisper, but was instead on Vent and in raid chat. I then disconnected due to my connection and didn't feel like getting back on for more abuse. =P

Last night I was running dailies and I took Chris's spot. I was the only one who hadn't been there, and they seemed quite annoyed for having to explain bosses to me. Not to mention that they refused to do any of the early bosses. For you see, they are a progression guild and don't have time to farm Ignus or Razorscale.

Nevermind the fact that if you gear up everyone on the stuff that you can easily do, then those early bosses go down super quick, and then you are better prepared for later bosses. But hey, their usual crew wasn't in last night, so they didn't seem too enthused for having us B-Teamers around.

Not to mention that in the middle of the raid, since I wasn't needed to tank I went to DPS spec. I pull a solid 2.8k - 3k and stay consistantly in the top 10. Unfortunately for me, I haven't replaced my chest piece or my rings for dps set. So that's three pieces. I got made fun of in the middle of the raid chat, for having half tank half dps. Like I didn't know how to play WoW.

Overall I'm pretty pissed. So the likelihood of me gquiting is about 98% once I get home from work. Not that anyone would care I'm sure. =)

have them craft you a piece (or two) of the new ulduar runic orb craftable pieces, then gquit.

lol i remember when i joined source/deadpool after we all left maelstrom, being in that guild made me not want to play anymore and i ended up quitting for like a year =P made sure to avoid jumping back in with them again at all costs when i started again!

lol dammit that's information that could have been useful before I went in! I don't want their craftable pieces, i would rather just run heroics and Naxx pugs =P

Well, at least my choice has become easy and obvious now. =)

I never really had a problem with any of the guys in Source/Deadpool, i knew most of them pre bc and throughout bc, so i didnt really have a problem. But i do know that they can all be dicks, severely, and unless you can tolerate it or be able to reciprocate it back to them its a shitty situation to be in.
